Owner and Chef  Shiraki trained in both Japan and France.             

            A highly skilled patisserie Shiraki has a proven track record  of                    

     creating the commemorative victory cake for  The Los Angeles Lakers,      

as well as the cabin dessert for Japan Air Line.                                                                               
The secret to their popularity is their " singnature light palette"          

   as well as " freshness " of their products. Their paste is made from        

     fresh fruits. While the cake are made from flour etc imported from         

       Japan a testament to their selectiveness of  ingredients. Cakes here             

         are never stored throughout the day. Instead, cake are made in intervals       

      and placed in the display case several times a day.
